Earlier this year I went on a minni soul searching trip on my own to really try and find myself as i had given up and my body was flared up head to toe in psoriasis I just felt horrible about myself. So I packed the 50-Day self-love challenge book and off I went. This book really explores and helps you to be more kind to yourself and I found that once I put pen to paper I felt like I wasn't mopeing about anymore but happy I was trying something different and actually doing something about it. I like to journal but it was never consistent. I started to really see the good that I have done for others and I hadn't really taken time to love myself but rather loathed myself. This book really helped me through a tough time. I was able to write down my goals and accept the past. Any traumas that I faced growing up I can now look in the mirror, accept them and feel confident again. Some of the challenges have really changed me for example the ones where you repeat compliments to yourself in the mirror and look yourself in the eyes until you start to believe it worked wonders for me. It's not an over night fix but I highly recommend this book to help you get back on track it's like a daily journal with little steps that really help you to love yourself.
